Location is fantastic right on the boardwalk with great ocean views. Parking is a bit tight, so plan ahead. The indoor pool is nice, but could be bigger. Easy access to bike rentals nearby. Nice staff, but room cleanliness could improve.

Oceanfront room views are amazing, perfect for watching the sunrise. The staff was unhelpful when we had issues with the A/C. Beach access is super convenient, and there's a bicycle rental nearby. Rooms could use some updates and better maintenance, especially the furniture. a decent stay, but not sure if I'd return.

Brian at the front desk was exceptional. His consistent communication made a notable difference throughout the week. Hold on to him-he's a gem. The location is unbeatable. Proximity to attractions is a major plus. The indoor pool was a great amenity, too. the bathroom was uncomfortably small, and the tub was less than fresh. We faced issues with the patio door lock and old, dingy sheets. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, but some staff were unhelpful, hindering our overall experience. A strong makeover is needed-not just in appearance but in service quality. Consider adding a changing room checking out. You could easily win over more customers.

The beach view from the patio is a killer. The staff are super friendly and the kitchenette is a nice perk for late-night snacks.

The location is RIGHT on the boardwalk, so the kids had a blast at the beach every day! The room was BIG and we had enough space for everyone, plus the staff were really nice and always ready to help us out! !
It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, it still felt worth it.

We enjoyed a spacious sixth-floor room with a lovely side sea view. The indoor pool was a hit with our kids, and the nearby ocean views were stunning even in winter. The staff were friendly, making our experience enjoyable!

Staying here was a dream for someone who loves to wander; the hotel is literally right on the boardwalk, making it super easy to stroll along and soak in the vibrant atmosphere, plus I was just a short walk away from a variety of attractions like Trimper's Rides, which is less than 2 km away, and the awesome Backshore Brewing Company, just a few steps from my room - definitely a plus for relaxation after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the beach environment; the staff was friendly, the updated and clean rooms provided a really nice view, and while having more comfortable seating in the room would've been great, everything else made my stay fantastic.

The staff was friendly and professional, handling a difficult guest well while I checked in. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was obnoxiously loud, and the shower pressure was lacking. I ended up with an unexpected upgrade to a penthouse, which was a nice surprise despite the uncomfortable beds and broken toilet. Only one chair on the balcony for three people wasn't ideal, and I had to buy a fan due to the climate control issues. The location's great, but I expected much more for the price paid.

Man, waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. It seemed like we spent half our time just standing there because it was always packed with guests and their luggage. No stairs to use, which was really frustrating!

The comfy bed was a pleasant surprise, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant boardwalk right at your doorstep. The view from the hotel was indeed stunning, adding an extra charm to the experience.
The experience was marred by various issues. The elevators were frequently out of order, making it a hassle to navigate the property.

Beachside views were on point for my beach crawls. Jeep Jam was lit! Americana Resorts got a great selection for revelry. Booked a sick condo, felt like a baller. Christmas Parade vibes got me in festive mood early.
Hot water came after a coffee break. Staff—should I applaud their hurricane shield or customer care?

The room was spacious, with a nice side beach view from the private balcony, which included a helpful privacy screen. The beds, however, were uncomfortable full-size instead of the anticipated queens. Temperature control was an issue; the AC required two service requests, which was inconvenient. While the shower pressure was good, the bathroom showed signs of neglect with dirty tiles and a malfunctioning fan. The Smart TV kept the kids entertained, while the pool was clean and enjoyable. Noise levels were surprisingly low, but the overall maintenance and service response could use significant improvement.

Great spot right on the boardwalk! The king room with jacuzzi was super spacious and clean. Loved the firm pillows for a good sleep. Staff were really friendly. Indoor pool area looked nice. Plenty of towels, and the bathroom was spotless. Nice amenities like coffee machine, fridge, and free toiletries. Definitely enjoyed the comfy vibe.

Let's dive in. the ironing facilities were a lifesaver for me as I always manage to wrinkle my clothes while traveling. It was a relief to have that option available in the room. Now, let's talk about the heating and air conditioning situation. The room temperature was a bit tricky to control, and I found myself either too chilly or too warm most of the time. It would have been nice to have a more consistent climate in the room. On the bright side, the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. I enjoyed starting my mornings with a hot cup of coffee before heading out to explore the area. the lack of variety in the tea options was a bit disappointing. The sitting area in the room was comfortable, but I wish there were more comfy chairs available. It would have been nice to have a cozy spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. As for the free toiletries provided, they were basic and did the job. I appreciated having them readily available, although I would have liked to see a wider selection of products. Moving on to the amenities, the AM/FM alarm clock was handy for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV provided some entertainment during downtime. The carpeted floor was cozy but could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, the room service was a bit lacking, and I had a hard time getting timely housekeeping during my stay. It would have been nice to have a more efficient service in this regard. Lastly, the tours and ticket assistance offered by the hotel were valuable for exploring the area, but I found the information provided to be a bit limited. It would have been great to have more options and detailed recommendations. my stay at the Americana had its ups and downs.

Hung with friends, watched epic planes, got mad excitement! Location was top-notch, right on the boardwalk, we were living our best life! Ate bomb food, copped sweet crafts, vibes were unreal! Definitely recommend for a young squad looking to turn up!
Wish there was a chill rooftop bar for us teens to vibe, sip mocktails, and soak in the sick ocean views.

We shopped for unique handmade crafts, grooved to live music, savored delicious local fare, and relished in the free family-friendly activities. It was the perfect mix of fun for everyone!
My wife says that the room could have had a secure safe for families.

this hotel is super clean, and it's right at the boardwalk - so everything's within walking distance. we stayed in the penthouse and they treated us like royalty. the indoor heated pool is also awesome.

I enjoyed the ocean view from my balcony and the proximity to the boardwalk where we could hear music and people until 11 pm. The room size was as expected and matched the pictures online.
Parking was a major issue as there were not enough spaces for all guests, and the overflow lot was inconveniently located 10 blocks away. The check-in process was frustrating, and additional fees for amenities were not transparent.

Super convenient location to beach and boardwalk, spacious and clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, side ocean view with balcony for people watching.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The balcony and comfortable bed made for a great stay. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

stayed at americana hotel boardwalk for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. the upgraded pent house room was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the side room view was amazing, and the location right on the boardwalk was perfect. the indoor heated pool was a great amenity, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our room request.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 👍

Our one-night stay at this conveniently located hotel on the boardwalk was fantastic. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a great TV and even a fridge. We loved having a balcony to enjoy the lively atmosphere and people-watching. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the ocean view from our room was amazing. it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be returning whenever we visit Ocean City.
Slow internet speed was a minor downside.
